The Guitar Freaks 7th mix contains a new "NONSTOP MODE" which covers the official course linkable to the internet ranking system, and also with a "BONUS TRACK MODE" covers the systems of EXTRA/ENCORE stages.
In Guitar Freaks, the player is given a guitar that contains three keys, a strummer and an effector knob, all of which are color coded to perform combos. The gameplay is the same as most music games - see the bars fall and hit the correct bar. The game generates a random music sequence in time to music, which the player must try to copy in an effort to build a big combo and gain points and bonuses. There are three levels of skill for a player to test his/her rocking ability. |
